Analytical Reconstitution Guidelines

Allow the lyophilized vial to equilibrate to room temperature before needle puncture to prevent atmospheric condensation within the powder cake. Reconstitute using sterile bacteriostatic water or sterile analytical saline by slowly directing the solvent down the glass interior wall. Gently swirl without vigorous vortexing to prevent peptide chain shearing.
